Q1: How can I get the free trial version of the software?
A: Downloading trial versions is completely free and you can share it with your friends. Just go to the download center where you can download the trial versions of all products.
Q2: How to purchase your product and how long will I receive the registration code after I complete the purchase?
A: Firstly, browse the product you need in our online store. Then click on the "Purchase" link and finish your order. Usually, you will receive the registration code by Email immediately after purchase. However, there are several conditions on which you may not receive the Email. Please refer to Q3).
Note: Please ensure the Email address you filled in the order form is valid. Please keep registration information you received well for further use.
Q3: It is many hours past, but I still do not receive the registration code, why?
A: There are several possible reasons:
1. Because of your Email setting, the letter with registration code went to Trash directly. Please look for the letter there.
2. The Email was treated as a spam by your Email filter.
3. Your Email service provider rejects Emails from unknown senders, so the registration code can not arrive you.
4. The Email address you filled in the order form is not valid.

Q4: How can I buy a CD-ROM of the software?
A: To buy a CD-ROM of the software, just make the "Buy a CD" option checked. If you live in the US, you are supposed to receive the CD within a week. If not, you are supposed to get it within one month.
Q5: Do I have to wait for the CD to begin using the software?
A: Of course not. You can download the trial version of the product from our website and register it with the registration code you get by Email. Then you get the full featured copy and just enjoy it.
Q6: How to register the software I purchased?
A: Firstly, ensure you have received the registration code by Email. If not, please refer to Q3. If you do not know how to use the regisration code, please read the Regisration Tutorial.
Q7: I entered the registration code that you sent to me, but I was told "Registration is failed. Please check Your Name and Registration Code". What is wrong with it?
A: There are several possible reasons for the failed registration.
1. This is caused by entry error. Note: There is no "blank" in front of or behind the registration name or code. And the registration name is capital sensitive. It is highly recommended to copy and past the registration name and code instead of typing them maually.
2. You try to use the registration information to register another software.
Q8: I lost my registration code, and then how can I get it back?
A: You can retrieve your registraion information anytime via our Customer Self-service System.
Q9: If I have purchased your software, could I get updates free for charge in the future?
A: Yes, it is free. Once you purchased our product, the life-time updates service is also available to you.
Q10: I have more than one computer, can I intall and register a single-license of the software in them all?
A: No, the Single License can be install in only ONE computer. To use our products in more computers, you need to purchase another license. In the other hand, Site License can be installed and used in unlimited computers.

Video Converters
Q1: How can I add video files to the task list?
A: There are 4 ways to add video files:
1. Click on the "Add File" button to add video files.
2. Click on the "Add Directory" button to add all video files in a directory to the list.
3. Drap video files and direcories in Windows Explorer and drop them in the main interface of the software.
4. right-click on video files in Windows Explorer and select "Convert video to ....".
Q2: How many input video formats does the video converter supports?
A: Our software support all popular video formats including AVI, DivX, Xvid, MPEG-1, MPEG-2, MPG, MP4, MOV, VOB, WMV, ASF, etc.
Q3: I have difficulty in reviewing the input video - an error occurs, why?
A: For video converters are not designed for video playing, it may not play some video well. Usually, the problem is caused by the conflict among video codecs intalled in your computer. Do not worry, the software can still complete the conversion successfully.
Q4: how can I choose the output format? What is the output profiles?
A: The output profile is a set of output parameters used in conversion. To choose the output format, just select an profile output profile and all parameters has been setup well in advanced.
Q5: Is it possible for me to modify some parameters of a profile?
A: Surely, click on the "Setting" button right beside the profile drop-down list, you can modify all parameters such as Video Codec, Video Bitrate, Video Size, Audio Codec, Sample Rate, etc. If you are a beginner of video conversion, it is recommeded to use the default setting of the profile.
Q6: How long will it take to convert a video file?
A: It it hard to answer it generally. The time depends on many elements such as the speed of the CPU, duration of the input video, quality of the output video and so on. The converter shows a estimated "Time Remaining" when the conversion is processed.
Q7: The size of the output video is too large, why and how can I get it smaller?
A: The size of the output video is decided by the quality of it. If you want to get it smaller, please decrease the quality by modifying profile parameters such as Video Bitrate, Audio Bitrate, Sample Rate, etc.
Q8: Where can I find the outpu video?
A: The output video will be saved to the Output Path, which can be specified in the bottom of the interface.
Q9: Is the converter able to process the conversion and then turn off the computer automatically when I sleep?
A: Yes, you can make the "Auto turn off the computer when the task is completed." option checked in the Settings dialog. To open that dialog, click on the "Settings" button in the top toolbar.

A: Usually, the problem is caused by the conflict among video codecs intalled in your computer. To solve this problem, please remove the incompatible 3rd party video codecs and then re-install the splitter.
Q4: Can I split the video to several equal segments once?
A: Yes. There are two steps to do this:
1. Mark the whole part to split by specifying the Start and End Time.
2. Enter the quantity that you want to split the part to.
The marked part of the input video will be split to several equal segments.
